WOOD

The picnic table with bench seats are constructed from "Canadian Lumber Standard timber" (CLS Timber). This is a whitewood called "Spruce" that originated from Canada. It is now grown and imported from European Countries as well as Canada. The wood has been kiln dried, planed and finished with slightly rounded edges to precise tolerances in accordance with British Standards to grade C16 or C24 and pressure treated for damp/external conditions making it an ideal material for construction of garden furniture.

METAL FIXINGS

Galvanised five inch coach bolts are used to assemble the structural members of the table and galvanised screws fasten the seat and table top slats to the main members of the assembly.

COLOURS

No staining is applied to the picnic tables. However, for a nominal charge each picnic table with bench seats can be stained to chestnut, dark oak and teak, or stained to match other coloured garden furniture you may already have e.g. green varnish.

DELIVERY and COLLECTION

The picnic table with bench seats are despatched by courier as a self assembly pack, alternatively they can be fully assembled for collection. If more than one item is being purchased we will happily deliver free of charge and construct the picnic tables on site.
