Reservations & Cancellations Telephone reservations may be made and rooms secured if you provide us with your credit/debit card details. Guests will need to pay for their accommodation in full at the time of check-in. Please remember to bring your card or an alternative form of payment with you; cash is preferred. Please ensure you know your PIN number. We do not accept Diners Club or American Express. Payment may also be made by British cheques when supported with an appropriate cheque guarantee card. If for any reason you need to cancel a booking the cancellation charge is as follows.
